Danny brings a unique blend of real-world experience and formal training to this work. He spent nearly a decade developing teams and operations at Trader Joe's, widely recognized as America's most trusted brand. He later spent years coaching business owners at one of the largest coaching organizations in North America. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, equipping him to think deeply, lead effectively, and translate insight into execution.
